Service Description

Yin yoga is a practice combining yoga asana shapes with information from traditional Chinese medicine. It is all about being slow-paced, being more still, and settling in to the poses much longer, while gravity does most of the work for you. Let's have a break from busy, and enjoy some much needed quiet and rest. All levels are welcome. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything else I can assist with to help invite you in, don't hesitate to reach out. No special outfits needed, just wear comfortable, cozy clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, and with a blanket or big towel that you can use to provide extra comfort. Please consult with your physician before beginning any movement or exercise program. By participating in this class and practice, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Lorie Smith and Kaleidoscope Family Gym from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of any negligence.

Cancelation Policy

We hope that you don't have to cancel, but if you do, we want the people on our waiting list to be able to book the time. If you call/email us 24-more hours before your play session - we will happily reschedule your family. We don't provide refunds unless we cancel your session. If you call/email us 2-23 hours before your play session -we will happily reschedule your family. We don't provide refunds unless we cancel your session.
