Cancellation Policy For Private Play

 

We hope that you don't have to cancel, but we completely understand that life sometimes gets in the way.

​If you do have to cancel, we want the people on our waiting list to be able to book the time. Please call as soon as you know you are going to have to cancel.

 

This is our refund policy:

• If Kaleidoscope cancels your booking for any reason, we will reschedule you or refund you if you prefer.

​

• If you cancel your booking - we will reschedule you at your convenience within 6 months.  After 6 months from the date of booking, the cancelled booking is void and you will not be able to reschedule that booking.
